Our portfolio originated in the Greater Toronto Area in Canada, but is now primarily based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in the USA. Our sites occupy prime locations adjacent to economic hubs, major thoroughfares, and residential subdivisions. In our retail sites, we work with upscale hotel flags under Marriott, IHG, and Choice, and with established retail brands and anchor tenants, like RBI and ExxonMobil.
